With this module you can detect occupation of a block of track on a layout powered by DC or DCC. Each detector works by passing the DCC
supply to the track through a diode array and will detect currents at around 30mA. A single channel allows detection of occupation on one block of track.
This module is intended to work as one of a collection of detectors all connected to a
WFO-85 8-Way Wi-Fi Contact Closure Track Occupation Detector
that provides the Wi-Fi connection for the collection.
You can display the status of all the 8 channels using Wifitrax
WFD-60 Layout controller
that polls all similar modules frequently to display the
track occupation on a WFD-60 Panel. The WFD-60 will give you up to 8 panels on which you can draw plans of your layout and see
block occupation as well as control turnouts, signals and lights.

One pair of screw terminal inputs to carry track DC/DCC current to block of track. The channel is activated when at least 30 mA of DC or DCC current flows between these.
Open collector output, pulled low when occupation detected. Maximum current 30mA. Connect these to WFO-85 inputs.
Two M3 mounting holes for use with screws, nuts and spacers, or suitable wood screws with spacers.
